We developed the Performance Indicators System as an integrated platform for managing and monitoring public health and community health indicators. It enables departments and coordinators to track progress, record periodic updates, and make data-driven decisions based on clear information instead of paper-based tracking or scattered files.
About the Project
The system takes users through an organized journey across health programs and their indicators—from immunization and maternal and child health to chronic diseases and public health.
For each indicator, the system displays the baseline, target, and current achievement rate, while allowing users to document objectives, strategic plans, challenges, contingency plans, and achievements.
This transforms performance monitoring from a fragmented process into a clear and structured experience, helping management identify what is on track and what requires urgent intervention.
